投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資格和業(yè)績(jī)要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A. The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)是投標(biāo)貨物的制造商（包括制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司）。
如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說(shuō)明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。
B. Bid by Agent is not accepted. The bidder shall be the manufacturer or the integrator of bid goods (including companies responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group). Joint Venture: Not AcceptedD.未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT AllowedE.其它：  Others:（2）資質(zhì)要求 Requirements of Qualification A. 防爆證書：投標(biāo)人提供的防爆電氣電子產(chǎn)品必須取得國(guó)家指定防爆檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)或國(guó)家認(rèn)證認(rèn)可監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)授權(quán)的國(guó)際權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)（如IECEx、ATEX等）頒發(fā)的的防爆合格證書。
投標(biāo)時(shí)提供防爆證書掃描件。
防爆等級(jí)要求滿足ZONE 1，IIB+H2，T3。
Explosion proof certificate: The explosion proof electrical and electronic products provided by the bidder must obtain the explosion proof certificate issued by the national designated explosion-proof inspection institution or the international authoritative institution (such as IECEx, ATEX, etc.) authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference). The explosion-proof grade requirement shall meet ZONE 1，IIB+H2 and T3.B. 其他Others （3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人在中國(guó)境內(nèi)須至少具有1個(gè)用于DPC（碳酸二苯酯）或EO/EG（環(huán)氧乙烷/乙二醇）裝置分析系統(tǒng)的合同業(yè)績(jī)，該合同中至少包含1套分析小屋，且該小屋內(nèi)至少包括2套色譜分析儀和1套氧分析儀（色譜分析儀和氧分析儀均應(yīng)用于測(cè)量介質(zhì)環(huán)氧乙烷（EO）或乙二醇（EG））。
如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績(jī)。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件。
投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽字頁(yè)、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、供貨范圍（分析小屋中至少包括2套色譜分析儀和1套氧分析儀）、貨物數(shù)量和測(cè)量介質(zhì)。
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法體現(xiàn)以上信息的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the Bidder shall must have at least in China one contract for the integration performance of analyzer systems and analysis cabins for DPC (Diphenyl Carbonate) or EO/EG (Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol) plant, this contract must include at least one analysis cabin, and this cabin must contain at least two chromatographic analyzers and one oxygen analyze which were both applied to measured media as ethylene oxide (EO) or ethylene glycol (EG).If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the performance of that manufacturer shall be provided.The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, page of contract signature, name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, scope of supply (the analyzer cabin should include at least 2 sets of chromatographic analyzers and 1 set of oxygen analyzers), supply quantity and measured medium.If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the aforesaid information, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
